Orders can be placed via our web shop, email, fax or by telephone.

Payment can be via various methods as detailed below.
Web shop: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal
Email, fax or telephone orders: Credit or Debit Card, bank transfer, cheque.
Potters’ Shop: Credit or Debit Card, cash or cheque

We endeavour to despatch pallet and courier/post orders received by 11am the same day, stocks allowing. At extremely busy times when receiving a high volume of orders, this may not be possible.

As we offer a great variety of products, ranging in size and weight we despatch our orders by the most suitable means for each order. Our web shop offers express and budget delivery options.

Our partners in deliveries are:

Royal Mail

Small orders up to a weight of 2kg are normally sent by Royal Mail. This is now a tracked service and should alert you to the day of delivery. As standard we alow Royal Mail to leave these consignments in a safe place is no one is in.

Courier

Orders up to a weight of 100kg are normally sent by courier. Currently we are using APC. This is a tracked service and should notify you the day of delivery. Links are sent to smartphones or email addresses, which enables feedback.

Pallet Deliveries

Large volume items, such as machinery and orders normally over 100kg in weight go via a pallet delivery service. Most pallets go via the Palletways or Palex system. We are currently investigating including a tracked service for most pallets sent.

Next Day Deliveries

Next working day services are not available to some UK postcodes or for any delivery outside the UK. Within the UK these areas are Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands.

International Deliveries

These are always sent via the cheapest, but best time conscious means. Please contact us for an accurate price based on your specific order.

Order Collections

Orders can be placed by telephone, email and online. Our web shop can remove the delivery charge should you prefer to collect from us. Please contact us to confirm a collection date and time. Orders can be collected outside our shop opening hours by prior arrangement.
