Slip Trailers are normally used for decorating with liquid clay (slip/engobe).  They consist of a bulb with a fixed or removable nozzle.  To fill the trailer immerse the nozzle beneath the surface of the slip.  Squeeze the bulb to expel the air and then release pressure on the bulb.  The slip will be sucked into the trailer.
