FALCON 1300 RANGE OF FRONT-LOADING KILNS

The Falcon 1300 Range can be supplied for firing applications up to 1300°C with a wide choice of plug-in temperature controllers to suit individual requirements. All kilns are fitted with over temperature protection and electro-mechanical door safety locks. Superior heating element design and thermally efficient linings are standard throughout the range. Styles using pressed steel for the main body and finished with high gloss enamel finish.

Harting Socket
DIN Standard multi-pin socket fitted to all models for easy connection of all controllers

Standard Features (all models)

• Chamber capacities from 50 to 1250 litres (1.8 to 45.5cubic feet)
• Choice of efficient low thermal mass linings for firing to 1300°C (FL Range), 1350°C (FS Range) 1400°C (HT Range)
• Choice of “Plug-in” Temperature Controllers
• Over temperature protection as standard on all models
• Spiral wound heating elements using High Grade Wire.
• Electro-mechanical door safety interlock, standard on all models
• Sturdy pressed steel cabinet
• Two door clamps for positive door sealing
• High gloss enamel finish

Standard Features (680, 1000 & 1250 litre models)

• Additional heating elements fitted to rear wall and door
• Two zone temperature control for excellent temperature distribution
• Automatic exhaust/cooling damper
• Fully programmable temperature controller (TCS1) controlling both firing curve and exhaust/cooling damper

• Kiln Furniture Set - batts and props
• Castor wheels for ease of maintenance
• Mains cable (3 metres)
• Heat Lock
• Electro Damper• Special element design for decoration firing or to top temperatures below 1050°C
• Exhaust duct work supply and fitting service (site details required)
• “Build on site” service where site acess is restricted
• Packing and delivery service including shipping arrangements for overseas clients
