SUMMER CLOSING
	We will be closed for our annual Summer Holiday from Saturday 21 August - Monday 30 August inclusive Our last working day is Friday 20 August and we will re-open on Tuesday 31 August. If you anticipate that you will need goods during this period please ensure you order before 12pm on Friday 20 August for carrier delivery and before 12pm on Thursday 19 August for pallet delivery.

The Clayman hours of business are usually Monday to Friday, 9:30am until 4:30pm, closed for lunch between 1:00 and 2:00pm. We are also open from 9:30am to 12:00pm on Saturdays. Our potter's shop is also open at these times for customers wishing to travel. We close for public holidays and annual breaks.

Goods are sent out on a daily basis via national carriers and pallet delivery services. Carriage/delivery is not included in the price of our goods. Our competitive rates for delivery are published in the
Delivery Rate Section.

Our aim is to process all orders received immediately. All orders (with the exception of equipment which are available to order only) placed or received before midday will be despatched the same day via a next working day or three working delivery service. You can specify your preference. If we are unable to fulfil this aim, because of lack of stock or excess of orders we will advise you and advise when your goods should be available for despatch.

We are also able to offer timed deliveres where urgency is an important factor, although this type of service does cost more.

VAT must be added to all prices shown on this website for goods and delivery where applicable. Books are currently rated at 0% for VAT.
