The Rocket Raku kilns are built using the best materials available. A single burner input design all are capable of reaching temperatures of 1200°C +. The kiln is built on a box section frame mounted on 100mm (4”) easy glide castors for ease of movement. All lids have two handles and are completely removable. These kilns are contructed from brick for longevity and wraped in mirror finish 0.9mm stainless steel. Burners comprise a variable regulator, pressure gauge, 3 metres of metal braided hose to a flame failure device and a straight burner.. Included is a stand to ensure the burner is wlays mounted at the correct height to the kiln. Also available is a choice of a battery powered digital indicator, thermocouples, raku tongs, kevlar mitts and glazes.
