CHIEFTAIN RANGE OF TOP-LOADING KILNS

- Design features include:
- 102mm (4”) easy glide castors
- Box section frame offering substantial support to base bricks
- 16 s.w.g steel base on top of subframe
- 76mm (3”) or HR130 industrial grade brick + 1” - 1½” backup - making ours with the most efficient kiln in it’s class. (we use brick from an ozone friendly factory)
- 0.9mm mirror finish stainless steel wrap
- Hinged connction box for ease of maintenance
- Front facing captive key door interlock, to comply more than with European health and safety regulations
- Gas struct assisted lid opening making the lid weightless
- 100mm of brick insulation on lid encased by 16 s.w.g. mild steel
- 13mm (0.5”) thick steel hinges
- Brickwork and vent proud of steelwork to minimise rust and save paintwork •Spy holes - optional
- Full length spine - distributing door weight to floor - minimising ”drum flex” which would otherwise seriously limit the life of the kiln
- Well powered unit meaning ease of stoneare capabilities
- Evenly spaced elements for even heating to all temperatures
- Wired to BS7671 All our kilns carry a full twelve month guarantee
- Complete with thermocouple and harting socket to receive temperature controller
- Carry current CE marking
