The Champion Range of front-loading kilns are built to a quality specification to ensure extended life. The design features must be compared to other makes to see why these kilns stand at the head of the competition. Based around a substantial 6mm steel frame, hard wearing HR140 bricks are used around the door opening and for all element grooves to reduce wear even for the most demanding of users. All models are fitted with heavy duty elements and “R” type thermocouples to ensure long life. Element specifications are carefully calculated to ensure even temperature distribution in every firing. Last, but very far from least is that all models are delivered by a specialist team who will place your kiln exactly inot position and then connect it to a suitable existing on/off switch before demonstrating use of the kiln controller. We truely believe that Champion kilns are built to a quality without comparison - they are kilns designed with you in mind for use.
