Robust, semi-industrial front loading kilns ideal for professional studios, colleges and industrial applications where a larger capacity is required. Spiral wound elements are supported on tubes so heat from all around the element is exposed to the kiln chamber giving highly efficient use of energy. There are elements in the two side walls and floor as standard. The Ceramaster range can also be supplied with additional elements in the door and rear wall if required. Ceramasters have a flat-arched roof construction for greater strength. A manual lever operated damper is fitted as standard. This range can be supplied with split frame for building on site where access is difficult.
All Ceramaster kilns are CE marked and have captive key interlocks fitted to break full load upon opening the kiln to comply with both UK and European legislation, in addition to this all Ceramaster kilns are fitted with two contactors as standard to give greater protection against possible overfires, when used in conjunction with our range of microprocessor controllers.
