Kilns included in this section are with a mains cable and 13amp plug for connection to a standard 13amp socket.
Kilns with a greater capacity of 1 cubic foot will not always produce the same number of firings from a set of elements, accepting they are used for similar firings.
Consideration should always be given to the siting of these kilns. They should be placed on a fire retardent surface with at least 12” (300mm) of space around the kiln to allow heat to dissipate.
Kilns in this group can be used for the production of very small items such as beads etc. and can al;so be used as a test kiln.
