It is our aim to despatch all orders within 24 hrs of receipt. Please specify your preference (Next Day or 3 Days) at time of order. Orders placed before 1pm will be depatched on the same day. Orders places after 1pm will be despatched on the next working day.

Please Note: This is not true of Kilns & Equipment, items not in stock or products which are made to order (such as some Clayman Brush-on-Glazes and Decorating Slips). We will provide an estimated delivery date in this case.
